Lenovo IdeaPad Y400 - Few Issues

So I own a Lenovo IdeaPad Y400 with Windows 8 on it. Within the past few months, I've had video driver issues, and they have stopped. It would look like my screen was shattered, but now it's fixed. I hope. Now, I have an issue when I open it. It used to not have to load the Lenovo screen when I put it into hibernate or sleep mode by just closing it. This makes it a longer wait to load Windows and it is aggravating. Note that this has fallen off of my bed twice, which is probably a 10-12 inch drop. Could something have been knocked loose, or is something actually damaged inside of the machine?
