Artemis Bridge Simulator

So I have been falling into Artemis Bridge Simulator lately.  I went to CON-vergence in MN this summer and they had a crazy cool bridge built with custom built stations complete with analog buttons purpose built for each role, and custom lighting.  I was hooked instantly.  I have played a few times with friends since and it is like being IN star trek!

Anyway, my point is, not only is this game super fun it seem is pretty entertaining to watch a bumbling crew try and fly the ship.  I think this would be an pretty hilarious episode of either Tech Tips or Super Fun.

Even if Linus and Crew don't agree, I also thought I would start up a thread to chat about the game maybe trade some missions or play over the web eventually (I have not done that yet).

Does anyone else have any experience with the game, setting up the custom lighting etc?  Thoughts? Feelings?

I thought we were going to be simulating bridge physics and building them, much disappointed.

What you're thinking of is Bridge Project :http://store.steampowered.com/app/232950/

I actually just assume that was sarcasm, but I'll inform you anyways. It's a game called Artemis Spaceship Bridge Simulator. Each player takes on one of the 6 roles that are available (Captain, Helm, Weapons, Science, Communications, and Engineering), each with a different screen and task. Working together, they must defend their stations from alien attack or complete the mission they are given.

The graphics are terrible, but it's a very well thought out game and probably the best LAN party game I've ever played.

As for the OP, I have no experience with the custom lighting and I doubt that the LMG crew would do a video about it, but it would be awesome it they played it in an after party or something.

yeah the lighting question was just kind of an open question to the community.  I was mostly hoping for a video of Linus shouting commands at everyone on Laptops.  Could be entertaining.. potentially.
