From the looks of things for the 330R you'll need to drill out the rivets to remove the hard drive cage.

Bingo. I've got mine drilled out waiting for my H220-x to arrive/start my loop. It's 5 rivets. You can see their locations here (the unpainted sections):

Easy to do. Opens up a lot of space.

Never say it's not broken. Everything is broken. Why? Because everything needs MOAR POWA!

Looking good, what are you planning to add in the front there, a large AIO cooler?

Also just becareful of metal shavings, try to remove stuff before modding too much or cover using towels really well.

For sure on the shavings. All cleaned out in my case. Not my first rodeo playing like this haha. Good point for those who haven't though!

I was planning to do a complete custom loop, so standalone res/pump/etc, but with the release of the Swiftech H220-X, I've decided to use that as the core of my setup instead (give it a try and save some money in the process). I'll be running it with no expansion until I get my hands on a GTX 980/EK water block in the next few weeks, then will be expanding it for the GPU/second rad. The H220-X will be mounted in the top of the case, and I have an XSPC RX240 (240mm rad - 56mm thick) which will be mounted where the HDD cage use to be. Just got to add/modify a few holes when the time comes and everything will mount up great! Can't wait!

If I remember/get the time I'll post up a topic about it in the build section.

I'd look forward to that but it's going to be a little while until the water blocks come out for the GTX900 series, hope to see if soon.  ;)

EK starts shipping theirs September 26th according to their site, so with my busy work schedule in October I'm thinking it might get finished in November!
