Game that's not an MMORPG or a FPS?

Friend and I'm trying to find a new game to play.

 

As of now, we play CS:GO and Terraria, and that's about it.

 

We're trying to find a new game to play that's not an FPS(we got CS:GO for that) or an MMORPG(my friend doesn't like RPG games in general)

 

We're both diamond in LoL and SC2, so those aren't really fun to play either.

 

I'd like it if it's something that's not subscription based(we don't mind paying once for the game) and is able to keep us entertained for atleast a year.

I got hooked on Unturned, and thats free. Left 4 Dead 2 is on sale for $5 USD right now on steam, really fun game.
