Trying to choose a CPU cooler

I'm looking for a cpu cooler because ive been running the stock fan on my 4690k for a while now and i think its time to swap. I've been looking at the corsair H100i and the Swiftech H220-X and im slightly torn because I don't know if the H220-X would fit in my Corsair 400R case. So I'm a bit lost, I do know though that I want some kind of water cooling I just don't know what yet.

Corsair h100i or h110 are great AIO water coolers.

Yeah that's what I've heard but I'm not sure because with the Swiftech I could expand it to a full system loop.
