Wierd temps after Prime 95

I am overcloking my 4790k and the moment i start Prime95's stresstest the temperature boosts up. Not a gradiant rise in temps, we are talking 30 to 70 celcius in a second. And the voltage haven't been changed.

 

What is wrong?

Prime stresses it pretty badly so it's pretty normal.

But when i turn off prime 95 the temps go back down i a millisecond aswell. I am not some physicists but i don't think thats how temperatures work?

That...is not normal.

That's how it worked for me. Running at my current clock 4.6GHZ@1.31V benched at ~70C. then it goes back down to idle at 35C in a blink of an eye.
