Anyone know what the full pricing on this looks like? Clearly over $2 Grand, but I cant tell if it is closer to $3.5k or $2.5k

Hello, everyone. I have a question. The R9 295x2 is on promotion right now and I am wondering if it would be enough for 3 2.5K monitors and 1 1080p monitor. I am not planning to game on the 1080p monitor, I would be using it to record or do other things. I would like a stable frame rate on most games on maxed out settings. Thank you

I've been waiting months for this.. (one month actually, but it felt longer than that)

Sorry in advance for the photo spam, but with a spoiler no one would see these :P

Where did you buy the anti-static mat? Is it the same one Linus uses?

I calculated that all of this (not including Razer DeathAdder 2013) would come to about $3,795. Wow.

PC Part Picker gives me this notice when selecting the same components for this build:

The Corsair Dominator Platinum 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR3-2133 Memory operating voltage of 1.65V exceeds the Intel Haswell Refresh CPU recommended maximum of 1.5V+5% (1.575V). This memory module may run at a reduced clock rate to meet the 1.5V voltage recommendation, or may require running at a voltage greater than the Intel recommended maximum.

Can anyone confirm if this would be an issue or suggest a more compatible CPU?

Strange.... the ASUS Sabertooth Mark1 says it only supports RAM up to 1866MHz, why did you add 2133Mhz RAM?

If you are looking for the right pair of headphones this is a good pair that I found. They are the akg k701. The come in green and black with a green cable. And of course the antlion modmic 4.0 for a mic. Here are the links.

This ultimate build guide is for folks who want a truly beast surround gaming experience. 4K is a hot buzzword right now, but if immersion is what you're after, three 2560x1440 (2.5k) monitors in a surround config might be a better bet for you... Too bad it's also much more demanding to run than a single 4K display!
