~$1200 Gaming PC Build

Hey, What is the best Gaming PC I can get for $1200 on Amazon?

I want to build in the Fractal Design Define R4 and I will use the stock CPU Fan cooler (!!For now!!)

I want a unlocked Intel CPU With socket 1150, and a Z97 Motherboard.

Do you already have a 1080p monitor? and a 290 is overkill for 1080p, so nevermind that.
