Budget? What do you plan to use it for? what country are you in?

Go with a 600 watt psu if you plan to only have 1 gpu.

A Intel G3258 will offer better performance if this is just a gaming machine. Pair that with a cheap overclockable mobo like an MSI Z97 PC Mate and that'll let you get a much better gpu.

nope. most DOA i swear!

Then either you or the merchant you acquired the boards from has a serious problem handling motherboards. Asus are premium quality at a premium price.

And sorry for not posting this earlier but I'm in the USA and i have no preference to any brands. I'm upgrading because my dad is taking my current PC to use for drafting. I'll be using the new one for gaming and internet browsing.

Drop the cpu down to the 8320. Go for a 550W psu which is plenty for a single gpu. Put the savings into a 270x/280 etc.

Thank you! I wanted to do an intel build but didn`t know anything for compatibility. Could I use my cooler master scout 2 case for this though?

You should be able to. I would recommend a ThermalTake case, but that's just me. I'm slightly bias.

No problem putting the build in a CM Scout 2 case. The motherboard is mATX which will fit but look a bit small in the case. You could go with an ATX motherboard like ASRock H97 PRO4.

Whats a good mini tower case for this build? I prefer one with a side panel window and under $100?
