Testing motherboard.

After recently getting pop spilled in my computer, i have cleaned my motherboard and let it dry. After running my computer for a bit temperatures seem fine but i want to know if there is any tests i could do to ensure that the motherboard is completely stable and okay.

Basic stress tests. There are some complete system tests like Passmark, PCmark and Novabench which test features that usually aren't that important (HDD, ODD etc.).
