The Intel 730 is fine, The difference between real world performance is not very big. 

Also, Asus RAIDR Express is limited to 240GB which is probably enough for the OS anyway. 

 

If money isn't a problem, get two 240 GB Intel 730s or one 480GB . 

 

If you don't want a large amount of space, get two Samsung 840 Evo/Pro and raid 0 them. Much cheaper than the Asus RAIDR 

 

EDIT: Also, if you really want speed, there is also the choice of the Plextor M6E comes in 256GB which is almost as fast but a bit cheaper.

I suggest you look into Samsung's 840 EVO/Pro range, the EVO is a spectacularly priced good performing SSD.

if you have the money, why not buy a pci-e ssd?

Also pci-e ssd is more badass :D but it is always better to save money for another things, but i don't for what( i7 4770k, gtx780ti,asus sabertooth, wd black 1tb, ax860 some g-sync monitor or is1440p better? Dominator plarinum 2133MHz 16 gb, maybe asus xonah phoebus too)
