PSU swap, what difference does it makes?

Better stability? More upgradability? I dunno what more you were expecting. There wont be any visible difference apart from maybe the power bills being a little lower.

A quieter system maybe? Now you can add a better dedicated graphics card to your pc,provided there's enough space inside that case.

Swapping the CPU, GPU, and/or RAM will potentially make a difference. The PSU won't give you performance gains (though if it did, then the Platinum rating high voltage PSUs would probably be worth getting)
