Is it bad to tranport a custom loop pc?

Made this thread already but I don't know where it went.

I'm leaving for college after summer and will be driving to and fro 8 hours, and sometimes taking a train. I would normally take out the gpu for transport, but can't really do that with a custom loop. Is it okay to have it on its side for the ride?

Maybe put a piece of non-conductive foam between the gpu and psu or something?

I would empty the loop and reservoir and use some foam or something similar to protect it and you'll be fine.
