Unusual Trouble with 4670K Overclocking

Perhaps it's just a program running from startup that's causing some sort of incompatibility.

So I'm gonna call it good at 6 hours of stress testing. And I did a clean install of the gfx driver and I no longer have the jumpiness. Thank you so much! I think it should be fine now. I'll continue to tweak my OC by your guide. You've been very helpful.

Actually, the jumpiness came back so I decided to disable the power saving features through the BIOS because they seem to have been causing the bus speed to go haywire and it made everything jumpy. The crazy bus speed fluctuations seem to have gone away.. Again.
