Should i get this HDD, its on sale

So the WD Black is on sale for $139.99 down from $159.99. You can see my current HDD down below, i will be adding two 250GB Samsung SSDS (One for Windows and the other for OS X). Also can i install both windows and OS X programs on that 2TB HDD. Or since i know that probably wouldnt work could i format it into two 1TB sections? However the sections would have to be different formats, is this possible?

Why not just get like a Blue or Red 2TB drive... Or even Seagate Barracuda. You don't need a Black drive. Also i recommend getting two HDD's one for each OS.

I've only really got room for one HDD because i'm taking out the cage and just mounting them to the bottom.

Also some games are going to be going on it and that is why i've kinda decided on a black.

Doesn't matter if you have you're most valuable whatever on there. Blacks are not worth it for home users.
