MSI G45 gaymin

And what do you mean "easy to use" BIOS? For me I find the text BIOS easier to use.

no matter what you buy they're all going to have the same technical jargon without an explanation that nobody actually knows the meaning of

As everyone above me basically said, Asus ROG/TUFF, Msi gaming/mpower, Gigabyte UD()H.

At the price you're willing to pay, I would pick wichever one has features/colors that interest you the most.

Ryzen 1600@3.8ghz / 16gb 2400mhzASRock B350 ITX / Gigabyte RX 470 4gb / 256gb M.2 / SG13B-Q / Corsair 450w

MSi motherboards have a somewhat unique uefi, and I find it to be very nice. Their board layout isn't always too great though.

Woo!

ATX form factor - That describes like every standard motherboard

Killer internet - Has nothing to do with the motherboard + most have an onboard gigabit port, just use that

easy to use BIOS for OC the CPU - All the brands below have good OC interfaces

Preferably ASUS, MSI, or GIGABYTE - all are good, pick on with features u need, correct number of usb ports? do u need 4 pcie slots? do u need onboard graphics? what socket are u using? is 4 Dimm slots enough? etc etc etc
