Zalman CNPS 10x cooler wont install.. wrong clips?

the clips used shown on the outisde of the box and even on youtube videos are curved at the ends but the ones that came with mine are flat, this makes it just about impossible to install to my mobo. if i push it down to screw in one corner, the other one is impossible. im really thinking i need other (curverd) clips but i would just like verification. do i need to return it? here are the pictures just to show youpost-8146-0-89627700-1390264559.jpg

can't really tell from your picture. but you should contact their customer service. Usually they will send you the clip for free.
