I want to take out fan and sink part from each other . I want to clean it . But cannot figure out how to do it

To remove dust, use a compressed air can.

 
Do this outside and downwind so you don't breath in the dust.

Double check everything, I am usually wrong.

The fan either is screwed on, but more likely clipped on at the sides or whatever.

You could also just use a bristle to make the dust loose and use compressed air to remove the dust.

 

As said above, don't breath in dust :P

I've broken of stock cooler by trying to remove fan, so be careful. You can clean it without taking them apart. Soft paper towels and compressed air.
