so, on youtube if i were to upload a video that, in the United States, is consisting of content that is considered “fair use” meaning i can use it, if the content i used turns out to be from a country that does NOT consider it fair use, is my video removed for copyright infringement?

basically (example)

country A says “parody music videos are fair use”

country B says “no parodies”

if i live in Country A where i can “make parodies”, if i make a parody of a song from Country B, since they do not allow them, would it still be fair use? or would i get it deleted?

Technically since you made that parody in country A and you are a resident of country A, country A's fair use laws would apply. I'd check with YouTube though.

People in country B will receive a notice when trying to view the video saying it is not available in their country.
