Relive Recording Works While OBS doesn't!

Hello.  I have a r7 360 graphics card.

 

I have been experiencing a problem.

 

I used Relive to record Fortnite.  It worked perfectly.  1080p 60fps.

 

when i used the same settings and encoder with OBS.  There is always an encoding overloaded error that results in the video being very choppy

 

is there a way to use obs while still recording at 1080p 60 fps?
