I Need Help

Ok so i recently bought Minecraft for my laptop and i downloaded it. once it was downloaded the Minecraft launcher opened and the launcher was completely black but everything was still able to be clicked like logging in etc but after going through the login process after installing the launcher with the black screen it takes me to another part of the launcher where i should beable to find the button to open the actual game but i cannot find it and so i need some help to try figure out a way so that the launcher is normal and i can see what is happening.

Does your laptop have two GPUs? I've read that Minecraft has issues with laptops that switch between the IGP and dedicated videocard.

yes it has a dedicated and a integrated GPU. Is there any way to solve the issues Minecraft has with my computer switching GPUs?

probably make it use the dedicated gpu. I'm not familiar with laptops but I see that the processor you're using is pretty ok, from the same series as mine and they have bad integrated graphics so definitely use the dedicated gpu unless its worse than the integrated radeon stuff

It's been a while since I had an APU in a laptop but if I remember correctly you can specify which GPU to use per application in the RADEON control panel.

this may sound really stupid but have you tried un-installing and re-installing minecraft?

through my radeon settings and my radeon additional settings it doesnt let me select each GPU for a single task it just allows me to choose between performance and battery effieciency modes

also minecraft does not appear when i go into my radeon settings to adjust how each GPU functions in each application
