if you want winamp with support, there's always foobar2000.  It's basically the same back end and a very ... uhh... customizable front end.  Grab the columnsUI plugin and it'll make that part easier.

I use winamp, does anyone know if foobar supports replay gain?

foobar supports everything.  If it doesn't, there's probably a plugin.
