Lost video signal while installing Windows

So, I bought a new PC today, started installing windows, and moved the HDMI over to my old computer to upload files to drive. After moving the cable back over, my TV (yes TV.. only for now) is saying no signal. I also assume that if I turn off the new PC, that will be detrimental? Note that the PC only has discrete graphics.

 

Note: this was a prebuilt machine that I just added an SSD to, it already has a hard drive with Windows installed, but I'm installing it to the SSD.
