how do i turn hyperthreading off on my MacBook?

so @Electronics Wizardy told me about a vunerability with hyperthreading, so i want to disable it on my MacBook. but i don't know how.

Really, don't worry that much, but if you want to, there is an option in instruments. 

 

This was preinstalled on my macbook, but might not be on all of them(i have special build)
