My NAS is screwing up my workflow

my workflow is interrupted every minute or so and need a quick fix

So you have a network issue with your switch or ethernet adapter? 

Does it auto recover? Or what do you do to recover it? 

Does it happen under high transfer, or all the time?

if you want a quick fix you should provide MUCH more information.

 

all we know right now is that there is a problem connecting to your server which could literally be for any reason.

I agree with @Pixel5

You supplied literally now information, so troubleshooting will be difficult.

 

Check out the attatched image for where you should start debugging (at the bottom, so with the physical layer on each system). Categorize your information accordingly, and we'll be able to help you out
