It is possible (and this happens a lot) that since you just started folding that it will take 3-5 days for the collection server to get your profile populated. This is not uncommon.

If you don't see anything after 7-10 days then contact support to see if there is an issue.

need help tried starting folding getting flickering and will not start with web control will work in background
