Budget/country Vegas or Premiere? Do you just want a lot of CPU cores in general to work on multiple things at once like rendering while encoding with handbrake?

Premiere pro , after effects , davinci resolve , photoshop ..... and it would be helpful if its macos compatible  i know thats a totaly different story but still i just needed to be guided through the process
