Hardware Reseved Memory Unusually High After New Graphics Card Installation

Hi. I bought a used RX 580 4GB and after installing, the hardware reserved memory became 4GB! My specs are G4560, H110 mobo, 2x4GB ram, and an RX 580 4GB all on WIndows 10. Any input will be appreciated

A gpu automaticly reserves ram for swapping some things between your system and the gpu vram if needed. You could turn it off in device manager under the gpu

Try DDU in safe mode, if this doesn't resolve your issue, a fresh install of Windows is always the safe bet. (some here may disagree)
