the fact that a $110 1080ti looks legit to you proves you should not be purchasing items off eBay lol. Also, it is against forum rules to post links relating to websites like eBay and such

- Seller with no reputation

- Way cheaper than it should be

- Seller only selling items listed like this

- Brand new eBay account

This is a fake listing. I would bet $1000 on it. You are protected if you buy it, but you'll be out the $100 while you wait for ebay to refund you for some time.

Not necessarily true. There is a whole thread on here just about fake eBay GPUs. Bunch of ebay links, all very relevant and beneficial to the discussion, and they remain. You cant make a post with a listing on eBay and try to sell it though, that would be abusing that rule.

sellers account was created yesterday and he has the card listed 3 times, I'm going to say it's fake :P either that or the cards are stolen.

I once was chatting with a girl in a KTV in China, she had an iPhone 7S I think, and I was pretty impressed that many of the girls there had iPhones. I asked her how much she had paid for hers, she admitted hers was a black market phone that was prolly lost or stolen, and she paid about 300USD for it. I was stunned, didn't know of such a thing myself then. As to that listing, it's a fake, when buying things off from eBay, just apply a little common sense, if it looks too good to be true, it is.

Yeah that's why apple can remotely brick a phone if it's stolen used to be a huge problem.
