Help!!! Dead ryzen cooler

The fan stopped spinning, is there any way to RMA the cpu cooler for ryzen? 

I was changing the board and moved the cpu cooler off, I placed the 2600X on to the X470 from the B450. 

After I plucked the cooler on it never spun again. 

Cpu works fine tho

Check the bios settings. try another header.

I think I have a dead fan header the rgb works but not the fan but it works on the B450

What brand is X470 Mobo asus gigabyte?

I'd make sure it's not just something disabled in BIOS or soemthing first... just plug the fan into a different fan header and double check the bios settings.
