Hi everyone!

Please, we every day hear about RAM, ROM, internal and external mobile devices memory. What I wanna know is distinguish their mobile meaning. What are these memories for cell phone and tablets? Of course, I know acronyms, but, the perfect meaning for me, would be, after their mobile description, to make a parallelism with PCs’ memories (RAM, ROM, EPROM, EEPROM, HDD, flash drive, SDHC, etc)? I think this would be the perfect way to understand.

Out of general knowledge,I wanna understand them, because I wanna change my mobile phone (make an upgrade buy), and, also, buy a tablet, that I do not have yet. So, I think memories of mobile devices, is what a buyer show know very well, before move on to buy.

Also, out of memory, I want to inform you about the tablet buy. What I am interested in about it is, not so much for gaming. What my interests are:

a. when battery is full, to last very much until need to be recharged

b. quick charging

c. according to your memory explanations, it would be nice for the respective memory-HDD to be a big one to install enough apps

d. 10"

e. max $250 budget (so, no iPAD)

A couple of suggestions to have a look, would be great!

Thank you for your time!
