Hola friends, so I just saw a video on disabling there updates for a performance uplift

im just testing it il prolly leave them enabled I just like messing around

but what are the chances of getting attacked as someone who just games and uses internet for normal stuff not downloading illegal dodge stuff form “line wire” or what ever people use now

Hard to know the exact chance as you can't really tell if the attack is being used.

Its probably not a huge threat, but there have been some possible attacks though an ad and other javascript in a browser, so you dont even have to download and run code.

But really, for games and normal desktop tasks the performance differece is small, and you would never notice it, id leave it on.

As an individual, the chance of you getting targeted by one of these attacks, is highly unlikely.
