No output from graphics card

SloKiller25

When I plug any display into my GPU every other display turns off. I have enabled iGPU multimonitor in the BIOS and I can use my PC if the display is plugged into the integrated GPU. But if I plug anything into my GPU it doesn't output anything and even the display hooked up to the iGPU stops working and it won't turn on again unless I restart the PC with nothing plugged into the GPU. The GPU shows up in the device manager. If I start the computer with a monitor plugged in the GPU it doesn't even show the BIOS loading, everything is just dark and it doesn't give any output.
I have tried hooking my GPU to a friends PC and he gets display output, but windows doesn't recognise that GPU and doesn't display it in his device manager.

I have tried reinstalling the drivers and uninstalling with DDU.

Why not connect all displays to the discrete gpu?  If you have a discrete GPU, you really shouldn't be using your iGPU for display out.

I missed this part initially.

Check your power supply rating, try a different PCIe slot.  Try disabling your iGPU in bios, then shut down, plug into the 760, and turn on.  If it doesn't work that time, you'll need to clear your CMOS to get your iGPU back.

I can't try a different slot because the motherboard only has one. And now I've tried disabling the iGPU and my dedicaded GPU has video output, but it doesn't get past windows loading screen. I'm using windows 7 and some weird dots appear in the lower left corner, always in the same possition and it doesnt move from that. But if I remove my dedicated GPU and run my PC on integrated graphics it boots normally

Sounds like the 760 might be kaput.
