I am just confused if the normal PWM connector for the RGB Fans also lets me control the fans because there are RGB ports on the Commander Pro. Or are the RGB ports for something else?

There is a pretty good review below that shows them using Corsair RGB fans and a Commander Pro.

Whats up everyone, Im planning to build a new PC and I already got all my Parts listed:

MSI GeForce RTX 2080 SEA HAWK X (8GB, High End)
AMD Ryzen 7 2700X (AM4, 3.70GHz, Unlocked)
Corsair RM750x *2018* (750W)
Samsung 860 EVO Basic (1000GB, 2.5")
Samsung 970 EVO (500GB, M.2 2280)
Corsair Commander Pro (Extern, 6x)
Corsair H150i Pro
Arctic Silver 5 (3.50g, 9W/m K)
ASUS ROG Swift PG278QR (27", 2560 x 1440 Pixels)
Corsair Vengeance RGB (2x, 16GB, DDR4-3200, DIMM 288)
Lian-Li PC-O11DX Dynamic (Midi Tower)
Corsair SP120 RGB mit Controller (120mm, 3x) X2
Gigabyte X470 AORUS GAMING 7 (AM4, AMD X470, ATX)

So my question is: I'm buying 6 Corsair RGB Fans in 3 Packs with Controllers and I'm also buying the Corsair Commander Pro. So how exactly do I plug these into one another so that I can control every fan with Corsair Link?

The commander pro allows you to put 6 fans in with PWM.
The commander itself will connect to a internal USB2 header.

also if these fans are RGB and u want to control them u will need a lightning node

I am here to learn, please correct me if im wrong or you see me putting bs on your screen!

The fans od the watercooler will plug in to your waterblock wich will connect to another internal USB2 header.

good thing to know. In the commander pro u can put 2 internal USB2's. so it is like a usb2 splitter.
The waterblock can just fit in one of those 2 and work fine

On the box of the Commander Pro it says "Digital Fan and RGB Controller"

Plug them all into the Corsair Commander Pro ? You can use the iCUE software.

There is a pretty good review below that shows them using Corsair RGB fans and a Commander Pro.

This solved my Problem. I just read that you can just plug in all the PWM Fan connectors to the Commander Pro and all the RGB Cables that every Fan has into the included (in the 3 Pack) controller and then just route one RGB Cable into the Commander Pro
