The only orange radiator fans that come to mind are Cougar Vortex fans. Haven't seen any pressure optimized radiator fans at all actually, the closest you can get is red probably. Again, look into Cougar CFD fans.

Else Scythe GT AP15s (they can be painted / dyed without any issues).

As an alternative, would you consider orange LED strips with non-LED fans?

BitFenix Spectre fans.  http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835345065

These unfortunately aren't static pressure fans though.

LED strips from bitfenix etc come with sticky backing.

I would advise not getting a coloured variant such as orange because the entire pc will just be bathed in bright orange light. plain white is better.

If you do get orange get the smallest strip you can find (bitfenix I'm talking) as they are massively bright and you won't need too much.

If you hide them behind the radiator, facing so the light shines towards the back of the case they could make a nice glow effect.

Of you could mount them such that the orange glow seems to seep from underneath your motherboard.

Lots of options.

The LED fans are intakes. I want to replicate the stock look with a radiator

What fans that have orange LEDs would you recommend for radiator use?

NZXT has Orange LED fans: FZ-120  and FZ140

Edit: These fans are designed for Air-flow, but you typically want to use Static Pressure fans for radiators (should still be ok if you want LEDs, but may not be as efficient in cooling the rad).
