High frametime which *NEEDS* to be fixed

Kokac

So basically i'm experiencing random stutters in PUBG while running or driving a car and one guy on reddit is helping me, i sent him my MSI Afterburner log (http://www.solidfiles.com/v/VBVZjanmLPLGN) and he noticed that there's very high and unstable frametime which needs to be fixed and says it's very bad with my laptop.

Could anyone help me please? This laptop is like 1,5 month old and i feel very frustrated.

Laptop specs:
I5 7300hq
Gtx 1050 ti 4GB
8GB 2400 DDR4 RAM
game installed on SSD

V-Sync is used for games being ran at too high of frame rates for monitors, and maybe internet could be the problem? I know when fortnite introduced vehicles the game would stutter in the vehicle or if someone else is driving. (making it a internet issue) so hope these ideas help :) Also download a fps counter or I know steam has one you can select and check for heavy frame drops.

Pubg is just a train wreck of a game and has stuttering issues on most hardware so I don't see this as abnormal tbh. My suggestion would be to play a diffrent game that isn't so unoptimized.

Monitor CPU+GPU usage, temps and clock speeds as well as RAM usage while in game via MSI Afterburner. Let me know after that

Also, have you tried clean installing Windows? (not reset)
