This has nothing to do with FreeNAS. FreeNAS is a separate operating system that serves as a NAS. What you should do in your situation is create shares on your harddrives that other computers and devices can access.

 

If you want, you can even create a mirror of your two "NAS" disks through disk management in Windows. This only works if they're the same capacity.
