Can I change Speedfan's sensor check interval?

Speedfan checks temperatures every 5 seconds, so when I start rendering something and CPU load goes from 0 to 100 - CPU overheats because the fans didn't receive the temp update yet and they wait 1-5 seconds before increasing RPM. Is there a way to make Speedfan check temperatures every second or two?

You should probably revisit curve instead if you are getting that result. I haven't changed any such settings are temp readings change immediately. Like my CPU fans were at 0rpm and 1st started spinning as soon as I opened game.
