There's a couple of Mobile Apps around for Folding at Home. I use Christian Virtual's F@H Mobile Monitoring for iPad. I usually run this on my iPad so I can lie on the couch and keep an eye on things without having to get off my lazy ass. The App is a little buggy or the information thrown at it a little too intense for iOS so it often needs to be shutdown and restarted.

 

It will allow you to start, pause and finish slots and shows progress for each slot.

 

It does not, however, support remotely monitoring your folding outside of your local LAN but there seems to be some undocumented settings in place for integration with openvpn.
