Are you Bulgarian? Bulgarian lev is around 50 euro cents, that would make sense. If not, what's the currency where you live? As for the build I would recommend at least 1050 ti, not regular 1050.Psu is not great either. Get EVGA maybe, 80+ bronze, they are cheap but not bad at all.   Consider ryzen maybe? More bang for buck.
