sli with different manufacturer cards

i wanted to ask if sli is possoble with the same gpu , same vram and same clocks if the manufacturers are different f.ex. pairing a zotac gtx 1070ti with an msi gtx 1070ti.

i dont have the oppertunity to test it by myself so i ask in here^^

As long as the GPU die is the same thing, so in this case both cards are 1070ti's so they will have the same DIE, so yes, it will work just fine.
