Hi

 

Why I getting (Your device is missing important security and quality fixes). My windows 10 1803 as you can see is update to date.

 

Is it safe to uninstall KB4456655 because it didn't show up in view update history? or it is just a visual error that doesn't effect the system.

 

windows defender says actions needed because of this too.

1809 has been released already (after 1803), but I wouldn't actually recommend updating to there since it's been having a fuckton of huge bugs (i.e. deleting the entire Documents folder randomly) so you're better off on 1803
