ryzen 2700x stock cooler vs thermaltake 212

Which would be better for minimum overclock. nothing extreme, just all core boost.

I think stock Wraith Prism cooler would be about the same.

yeah, budget is a little too tight to get the corsair h60i

The included stock cooler would be about as good as the Hyper 212. Stick with the stock cooler and you can decide whether or not to replace it after using it.
