have you tried /users/[your name here]/downloads?

otherwise, got to utorrent/bittorrent and rightclick on the torrent, and go to "open containing folder"

or go to you net browser and go to recent downloads -> click show in folder (for chrome at least)

(if you use win8 or 8.1 this won't work) windows button + F, select date modified to the date today. And it should search for whatever happened today.

You seem like you know stuff software wise. I just downloaded damn small linus and copyed it on my usb stick what do i have to  do now?

I remember when I used to have your internet speeds, I'd download a file but not save it and cry....you might have done that

 

Otherwise just do a search for .iso and find all the iso files on your PC.

Do you mean linux? you want to install linux from a usb?

im think i will have to kill myself now. I was totally prepared to do the build did my first build (yesterday) in under 25 minutes but software...

Two things might have happened. 1) you have accidently selected to open file, not save it 2) the download has paused, couldn't start again and stopped. You better use some download manager or torrent client so you can pause it without having those problems.
