Port Forwarding doesn't work

Go to solution Solved by homeap5,

You probably have mobile internet without external IP. Your connection uses T-Mobile proxy servers.

Ask T-Mobile for external IPv4. It's probably possible with extra monthly payment.

I powodzenia! :)

I am trying to port forward so people can join my minecraft server. The problem I am facing is that something seems to be blocking the connection. Everything seems to be set up right. I have tried disabling my firewall and also as many security settings in my router as possible. My friends can't connect and on https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ it says that my port is closed. Please send help, I am so confused at this point. I am on a 4g connection with no static ip address (using no-ip).

Might as well just rent a server then, thanks.
