Dual core cpu is enough for 1080p60 fps streaming??

I have pc which has i3 7th 7100 dual core cpu, 8 gigs of corsair vengeance ddr4, Asus prime b250m pro....... 

Now I wanna use this use pc as dedicated streaming pc.... is that capable of 1080p60 fps streaming ?

As a dedicated streaming PC, this will be fine, all it does is encode and upload.

Depends on a lot. You can turn it up to that but that doesn’t mean it won’t peg the cpu and lag out. 

 

Wont look great that’s for sure. But the game will also decide how well it could look.

I remember streaming an overclocked 4690K (@4.7 I believe?) and I can tell you that it'll really depend on what game you're playing. Somehting lighter like Dead Space will work fine, but even with a not too heave game, xcom enemy within, I was struggling to stream at 60.
