Need help making build 1,500$

my budget is 1,500$ Just for Parts

I'm located in America and I'm making a build.

I'm wanting to pull good fps "120" and good settings "high-medium" 1080p.

I will be playing games from CS-GO to Overwatch to AAA Games. also being able to run VR if i can with my budget would be amazing.

I'm wanting Nvidia Graphics i'm looking at the 1070ti right now. but i have no idea about CPU.

My friend is recommending the new Ryzen line.

And cases/fans will be purely situational.

Its mainly the graphics card and cpu i need help with.

So i would love some help from the community. if i'm missing anything let me now.
