Second taskbar in windows 10?

hello guys is it possible to add a very simple disappearing taskbar on the sides of the monitor to launch apps?something that uses really low resources

disappearing, no. But you can enable another task bar for the other monitor.

 

If thats not what you want, look at display fusion

this was possible in xp and I think in 7 but you know MS always removes the useful features so you can't do it anymore since 8.1+

there is any alternative software? i tried stardocks one but it was using a bunch of ram and cpu

you can enable the auto hide task bar setting.

In windows 10 Right click your task bar and click "taskbar settings" and you can set all of the options you like, including task bar location and auto hide.
