how can i get 2 mics to work at the same time

i have a razer syerin x and a sound blaster with a mic in and my ipad plugged into that so i can play my mice for my friends but ever time i want to talk i have to unplug it how can i get both to work at the same time

As a note I have never actually gotten this to work correctly, but in theory you can use voicemeeter banana to have two hardware inputs (two mics) and then output to a virtual cable. Both mic lines will play on the same output.

 

There may be other ways to do this with similar virtual cable setups. Generally speaking though, a PC can not have two mic inputs at once... that is what a mixer is for :)
