Cpu cooler choice

Would a liquid cooling aio perform good in the price range of the noctua dh 15 or not?

A good 240mm / 280mm could perform as well but they're usually noisier.

A similar performing alternative to the NH-D15 would be the PH-TC14PE: https://it.pcpartpicker.com/product/qX6BD3/phanteks-cpu-cooler-phtc14pe

If you want to spend even less, the Mugen 5 Rev. B is another good alternative that's performs slightly worse: https://it.pcpartpicker.com/product/8GBrxr/scythe-mugen-5-rev-b-512-cfm-cpu-cooler-scmg-5100

yes but on the description it doesnt specify 1151...

115x sockets are the same for cooler mounting which includes 1156, 1155, 1150, and 1151.

It says it's used and looks legit.

The eBay listing is up for bid meaning the price displayed is from the previous bidder's and will keep going up until the bid ends in 2-3 days. €12.5 is not the Buy It Now price.
